Hire charges

From 1 September 2010

Main hall (Hourly rate – other than Friday evenings and Saturdays)
Residents	£6.75
Non-residents	£8.00
Main hall Friday evening and Saturday
Residents	£120 all day £90 from 5pm
Non-residents	£150 all day £110 from 5pm
Children’s parties using main hall and kitchen	minimum charge £33.00 for up to 3.5 hours
Margaret Preston room	£5.25 per hour

NOTE:

(a) If the bar is required after 11 pm there will be an extra charge

(b) The Hall is not normally available for hire for Public discos, any request would have to be considered by the Management Committee.

(c) Any request for a birthday party or similar event for people aged 13 years to 25 years has to be considered by the Management Committee.
